Hi, I need help with my zm server ammos , today my 3k ammos were gone i purchased the vip 2 days ago i dont know how even that possible suddenly while i was playing 3k ammo's were gone somehow in a second can you help with it or do i get it back ?

ya its still same also admin told me to change password i changed it but ingame setpassword is still old one new one is not working , and i have still same ammos but deducted 3k ammos are not there

can you explain me in details what was your Total count of ammo before, and how much is it left? And after you change the password, open console in-game and say setinfo _pw "Your Password"

i had 25005 in total then it went to 24390 or something till today it was between 24503 or 24405 it like it was between 24000 but not less then this then suddenly while playing its showing 21930 or something so that time i asked in server if there is any admin there cause i wanted to ask what happen then some people said ask at forum make a ticket so i did here and also sorry for double posting with same issue i didint saw the support ticket first so i did at normal post, anyway thats what happen from 24000 to suddenly 21930 rn its 19k something is there cause i used that but i didnt get it how come from 24000 to 21000 suddenly. and i did at console setinfo _pw " my new password " still getting kicked by server

ya i changed the password already and also asked for 3k ammos if possible but admin was saying he will refund the money i said i dont want money but the ammo i loss so if its possible to give ammos then fine otherwise i dont want refund thank you

Unfortunately, there is no evidence that someone used your nick. Therefore, refund is not possible in anyway. Your nick is your responsibility.

yes i know its my responsibility i just dont have the prove thats the case , anyway thank you for help
