    Counter-Strike & CS: Condition Zero

Actions from administrators are final and not subject to appeal.
We reserve the right to remove admin privileges for either abusing them or breaking the rules, without refunding.

Server Rules (last updated: October 3rd, 2018)
    Ignorance doesn't relieve from responsibility!

    E-mail - [email protected]

    General Server rules:
    • It's forbidden swearing or insulting other players. Respect others like you respect yourself.
    • Racism isn't tolerated.
    • It's strictly forbidden using any type of cheats or scripts that ease the gameplay.
    • It's forbidden using the voice chat (microphone) to play music or trash-talk.
    • It's forbidden abusing glitches, be it bugs from maps or the game itself.
    • It's forbidden griefing on your teammates by obstructing them in their path, or intentionally throwing Flashbangs at them.
    • It's forbidden doing advertisements of any kind (personal websites, other servers' IPs, etc).
    • It's forbidden using single-color skins (such as 'Red' & 'Blue' for easier team determination).
    • It's strictly forbidden using custom textures other than the ones used by the map.
    • It's strictly forbidden using offensive or inappropriate (nudity) sprays.
    • It's strictly forbidden teaming-up with enemies.

    Maps with objectives
    Bomb Defusal:

    • Camping is allowed as long as it's not the Bomb carrier; otherwise the player will be either slain or kicked off.
    • Playing 'Bomb Defusal' means doing the objective of planting/defusing the bomb. Not doing the objective will result in a Slay or a Kick.

    Hostage Rescue:
    • Camping is allowed, especially for CTs (but as long as they do their objective of rescuing the hostages).
    • Playing 'Hostage Rescue' means doing the objective of guarding/rescuing hostages. Not doing the objective will result in a Slay or a Kick.

    Server-specific rules
    'Death Run' server:
    • Idling will result in a Slay or a Kick.
    • We suggest not using binds/aliases, macros nor hyperscrolling for Jumping as they may trigger our anti-cheat system. Ban appeals will be rejected for this, so use them at your own risk!

    'Zombie Plague' server:
    • It's forbidden placing lasermines in the air/on another lasermine/green lasermines/blocking movable objects with them.
    • It's forbidden blocking players with lasermines.
    • It's forbidden abusing Bazooka's bugs
    • It's forbidden teaming up with enemies
    • It's forbidden breaking bridges/closing doors before the other survivors have passed through.
    • It's forbidden infecting yourself on purpose in order to get advantage over other players.

    'Surf' server:
    • It's forbidden killing inside any "special" locations. This includes the 'Gun Room', 'Mario Room', 'Buy Room', or any other room/location that a player must get teleported into.
    • It's forbidden "guarding" around locations such as 'Gun Rooms' by remaining around them.
    • No witch-hunting from admins in certain maps. This includes sitting at one place and 'waiting for easy preys'.

Both 'Knife' servers ("Knife Maps" & "35hp_2 Only"):
    • It's forbidden teaming-up while on 1v1 fights. 'Not killing an enemy' isn't forbidden as long as it's not troubling other players directly, such as the common case of wasting everyone's time when all players are dead, and the remaining ones are just playing games.
    • We suggest not using binds/aliases, macros nor hyperscrolling for Jumping as they may trigger our anti-cheat system. Ban appeals will be rejected for this, so use them at your own risk!

    'Warcraft III' server:
    • Map-/Sky- walking is not allowed.
    • 'minmodels' (locking skins to a single one) are not allowed, either.

Admin Rules (last updated: October 3rd, 2018)
Awareness of these rules is a must!
When to punish other Admins and how it's done:
    • Admins can't ban nor punish other Admins for breaking the rules; if they break the rules, please report them here.
      • EXCEPTION: Forum members labeled with the 'CS Administrator' tag have the right to ban regular Admins, as well as S-VIPs & VIPs. These are the cases a 'CS Admin' must deal with 'other Admins':
        • An admin is abusing their privileges.
        • An admin is making use of map/game bugs.
        • An admin is improperly performing their duties (e.g: not banning cheaters, not dealing with problematic players, etc.)
        • An admin slaps/slays/kicks/bans a player as a 'revenge' on them.
        • An admin is presumably cheating.
    • Admins that were reported & warned more than 3 times will get their privileges removed.

    Kicking:
    • When kicking, do so with a reason (e.g: amx_kick "playername" "The reason") so that players can know what exactly they got kicked for.
    • When a 'bad nickname' has to be changed or there's someone lagging in the server, kick the player 2 times before proceeding to ban.

    Banning:
    • Cheaters must be banned permanently. Use the admin menu for it, or submit this command into the console:
      amx_ban 0 "playername" Cheating.
    • Nickname/Lag bans should initially be for 10 minutes. Use longer ban times if those players keep joining with no changes on their end.
    • Don't ban when players are provoking or creating toxicity in the chat (swearing/insulting, or spamming with voice commands); a simple 'gag' should solve the problem, while also still letting them play the game. Use the admin menu for it, or submit this command into the console:
      amx_gag "playername" <time in seconds>

    Voting (maps):
    • Voting for a map change, or forcibly changing it, is forbidden until 10 minutes are remaining. This rule can be dismissed if the map is bugged in some serious manner, or most of the server's players are requesting a map change.

    Strictly prohibited:
    • Sharing your Admin privileges with someone else.
    • Changing your playermodel with the 'model' console command.
    • Kicking/Banning 'HLTV'.
    • Abusing your privileges (e.g: Slapping/Slaying/Gagging/Kicking/Banning without a reason).
    • Insulting/Swearing.
    • Ban threats.
    • Banning players with less than 140 of ping (except on Chicago servers).
    • Dealing with players using nicknames such as (1)Player, unnamed, etc. Deal only when they're intentionally impersonating someone!
    • Revealing players' location through the Admin chat (' @ ').
    • 'Zombie Plague' server:
      • Turning yourself or other players into Survivor/Nemesis.
      • Making use of the zombie admin-menu during Swarm/Plague/Survivor/Nemesis modes.
      • Starting Swarm/Plague modes more than once per-map.

    For Knife servers and Deathrun:
We recommend not to use wait binds, jump aliases/binds, macros, hyperscroll or anything similar as it may trigger the anticheat system.
Ban(s) caused by that won't be removed, use at your own risk.

Example of what NOT to use:
    • bind mwheelup "+jump;wait;-jump"
    • binding various commands through mouse settings
    • mouse hyperscrolling
