CS 1.6 Suggestion Declined CS 1.6 - please allow non-vip players to pick up awp and enable teamflash

currently only vips are allowed to buy awp and pick it up. is it possible to allow non vip to pick it up too? sometimes it is one sided game when alot awper in 1 team and some keep on resetting their score to pretend them from ptb switching to losing team (worse when 1. admin themselves forcing svr to switch them back to original team after ptb 2. rarely play by objective for the sake of saving awp every rounds especially when winning team just about to lose). i think at least its fair for those bullied team to be able to pick it up to balance the game

also, may i suggest to enable teamflash. flashbang is heavily abused and it is ridiculous when it is being thrown continuously but only enemy get blinded. i.e 1 vs many situation and alot fb thrown - not only he need to face them alone, but also facing them blinded. chances to survive very slim to none. at least it is more fair if both side can be blinded. hopefully players are more aware and mindful before throwing it

Hi,
we have dust 2 server where normal player can purchase awp also, for remaining servers it is limited with VIP access only, no changing possible for that. Regarding team flash it is also same it will be more abusive if own team players get flashed by other member, you can witness pro players on servers with beginners as well and this disturb entire system of player roles/playing conditions etc. We believe conditions at the moment are more favorable and balance with current terms and conditions hence no changes recommended for Flashes or AWP purchase etc.

But thank you for suggestion, keep suggesting good ideas to improve server conditions and if any thing new which can increase our players experience will be warmly welcomed in future.

reason why i'm posting this is because of the comments i read from players themselves that may increase their playing experience. if not allowing them buy maybe at least allow them to pick it up. buying remains with the vip privilege. alot of them good with awp. perhaps can do a poll which ideas majority of us prefer, like some prefer corpse dropping fb/nade/smoke . just sayin
