Everytime I join this server within 30 seconds I will get banned even if I am in spectator mode and I don't even have any script or addon.​

Ban by server are not appealable, you are advise to delete any additional software you downloaded in CS game which cause to got banned for Bhop, if you downloaded game software from untrusted website please delete and download new game from either steam or authentic website. Wait for ban to expired or pay for unban if you immediately need unban.
