I haven't played at all for days and I log in and it tells me I'm banned but from another nickname and on a server that I don't even play on.​

Looks like a bugged ban. The ban admin VaSaYa PuPkIn did towards mondaha was re-added.
Try to connect now to the servers, if the problem persists please restart your router again and try after.
