I am veteran in the gaming space outside of here I work inn psych ward and help people overcome their trauma they face through their life as well as mental illnesses I love tf2 and I want to bring a safe culture and environment when I step into a as server to be a admin. I also tend to defuse any toxic conversations with a calm and civil mindset. I will listen to the advice my higher staff will give and will grow as an admin. I'm a kind and charismatic individual and would be honored to make the ugc environment a safe and beautiful environment for new gamers and children to feel comfortable when they are in our servers.​

About pros:
- Is in our Discord server, and has initiated some interactions within it.

Neutrals:
- Joined our Discord server, but immediately opened the conversation by asking question regarding admin applications.

About cons:
- Low hours on TF2 (365/1000 as of writing this)
- Application is poorly written, despite the decent introduction, reasoning is too short and lackluster.
- Had history regarding SourceBan history (passable)

Overall, it seems that you only chose to join our community's Discord server with the purpose of requesting for an application, and has not developed much since, combined with the poor app itself and low hours, it's not a good look.
