CS 1.6 Bugged ban NICK - DTOX. IP IS BANNED. HOW TO FIX THIS?

Hey,
As you see i am not banned. It is someone else s nick and some other steam id. i dont even use steam.

The ban appeal needs SS and DEMo which i dont have as i never got banned in the first place.

Hello that was bugged ban , The Ban has been deleted and added again , If you can't connect the server still please reboot your router .
