Looking at your demo it is very clear that you are lagging.
Just to be sure, I contacted the admin because no reason for the kick was given and he confirmed he kicked you because of the lag.
I've asked him to add a reason in the future.

Please try to fix your lag.
You can start by using the correct rates for steam users.

Enter following commands in console:
rate 100000
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101

If this doesn't fix your lag, please check your net settings.
There are many other players from your region on UGC servers who don't lag.
