CS 1.6 Report Declined Reporting abuse of admin privilege - WaDuHek | Poison Go

Requesting assistance to whom i should report abuse of admin privileges if player "WaDuHek | Poison Go". Is there such i rule that if a team is overwhelmed by opposing force that retreating in spawn area is not allowed? That is what happened & admin "WaDuHek | Poison Go" decided to slap me in-game multiple times until i my player died. I know this maybe a minor incident but i need to be clarified if this is being allowed? Thank you

Here are my observations after watching your demo-

1. You like to camp a lot which is fine but you got to the objective (The objective is to plant the bomb if you are a terrorist and bomb defusal if you are a counter-terrorist... simple as that) but you didn't care to do the objective. You have to move from spawn so a slap from him was right

2. You are still using the old protocol of CS on our server which is prohibited you have to download a new protocol if you want to play in the future.

3. You lag a lot so you better check your internet connection before joining otherwise you will be banned for lagging

So the slap was correct as you were camping instead of doing the objective
