Description:User is micspamming Joe Ligotti voice-clips containing the n word, slurs, and other forms of hate speech. If I'm being honest, this user has no intent to trade and or have fun on ugc servers or any community servers. This is the 3rd time I've submitted a report for this guy alone. Considering he has quite a wealthy inventory, (550$ on backpack.tf) he probably paid the 5 keys to get unmuted and continue to cause more havoc. As my 2nd report I made permanently muted him. Consider giving this user a proper punishment.
