Why should you be unbanned?:

I had called the vote to mute because a player named "heavy in his car" constantly played unwanted music. Many people in the server agreed that the music was a nuisance, with select minority who decided against muting. I find that calling a mute for this reason is completely justifiable, as micspamming is against the rules, and just plain annoying. To boot I was muted the next day, around 15 hours after the initial votemute. The clip provided shows the vote target blatantly crossing the rules, and playing it at a volume acceptable to be disruptive.​

I have looked over your proof and the TF2 Moderator Banning you's proof. You where trying to Votekick someone just playing the game and enjoying his time on our Servers, that is against Rules and it is considered Votemenu Abuse.
Do not try to Votekick someone undeserving in the future and see this first offense as an slap on the wrist to not Abuse our Votemenu. Thank you
