Description:

As you can see, Galactic Diamond reacts too fast. In the given example I die in 0.3 seconds. The Sniper Rifle needs 0.2 seconds to be able to headshot. Which leaves us with 0.1 second long reaction time. This isn't including ping (delayed death) and other factors. If you want to watch the entire demo, you can see more such evidence.
