Hi,
I'm just gonna decline this player report immediately. I'll give you two clever reasons why: Firstly this message on rules thread "6. Do not bother teammates by obstructing, blocking, or throwing Flashbangs at them, except in knife servers." and secondly if there was a good reason for me to take action the site you gave me has no photos/videos on it that can be considered "valid proofs".
+mention that I was on when lbne played and many players asked me to do something and explained them the same thing.
