Introduce yourselfHello! Most people know me as Strum and but for those who don't know me I'm a former UGC Admin and fellow TF2 enthusiast. I have many hours on/in the game and thoroughly have enjoyed doing so for 12+ years. I enjoy a variety of other things such as fishing, hiking, gaming and overall love being around people who bring positive energy to the table.

Reason for applying?My reason for applying is because in my time of being an admin i have sought better ways of making UGC a good place, there were times in which it has been hard to play general basis of the community as a regular player in the past and before my time of being apart of staff. There are a few ways i hope to model towards the community better and they are by moderating the servers of rule breakers, Making sure an impeccable and repudiable image for UGC servers is known and making sure people are educated on matters that would in doubt be confusing and giving them the proper method to handle and to express this to players who aren't familiar with related matters. Examples being all forms of hacks, exploits and players just not following rule/guidelines UGC has formed for players to follow, as such i hope my knowledge of in game to be useful and i can bring back good things as an individual while finding my place again among the community again. There were personal reasons why i left before and having myself more time to moderate and doing things such as taking reports in discord and being there when people are in need of help. Right now is a better opportunity for me to reapply these skills of previous administrative experience in hopes of doing all things listed above. thanks for reading
