Are you ready to make a difference in our community? We are actively seeking mature, level-headed individuals who can contribute their skills and expertise as staff members. If you are passionate about our community and have what it takes to be an exceptional team player, we invite you to apply for one of the available positions listed below.

We will accept the most fitting candidate whenever we see they are fit enough to be a staff member.

Beware: The use of any software or assistance in making your application is strictly forbidden, this includes but is not limited to: ChatGPT, AI, translators, etc...

Before Applying:

Consider your decision carefully before applying for any position. Show genuine interest and possess the necessary qualities. The process may take weeks or months for staff feedback, be patient and avoid requesting application reviews. Please take note that individuals who have departed or been removed from the staff are ineligible to apply for any staff-related positions. It is important to recognize that once a decision has been made to leave or be removed from the staff, it is considered final, and there is no opportunity for reconsideration or return.

Note: Staff members who leave the community have the option to request a return. However, such requests can only be made after a minimum period of six months from their departure date. The approval of the return request will be determined based on multiple factors and is subject to our decision.

For example, If an Administrator leaves, they will return to a position one step below Administrator, such as Senior Moderator, and have the opportunity to climb up the ladder based on their performance and contributions.

Requirements:

General Requirements:

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in English language is required.
• A clean reputation on Steamrep is mandatory.
• Discord is a prerequisite for communication.
• Active participation on the forums at least once or twice a week is expected upon being accepted as an admin.
• Recent bans or issues on any of our servers will disqualify an applicant.
• Active presence on our servers before and after being hired as an admin is crucial.
• Familiarity with our server's ban times and rules is essential.
• Donator status is recommended but not mandatory.
• Steam Profile visibility settings should be set to public, including games, friends, and comments.
• UGC Staff members may not be part of a staff team of any other community sharing the same games as UGC

Additional Requirements for CS Applicants:

• Possession of a valid Steam account and a working copy of CS 1.6 is necessary.
• Ingame rank Donator Admin or higher
• 30hours ingame time

Additional Requirements for TF2 Applicants:

• Minimum playtime of 1000 hours in TF2 (idle hours do not count) is required.

Additional Requirements for Plugin and Map Developers:

• Must have created a plugin or map of significant complexity for review.

  • Position Requirements:

  • Video/Film Editor
    • You will be responsible for creating high-quality videos related to UGC content.
    • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and HitFilm Express.
    • Demonstrate creativity in generating video ideas and a deep understanding of UGC games and their mechanics.
    • Ensure that the videos are suitable for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Graphic Designer
    • You will be tasked with designing logos, branding materials, images, and animations for UGC.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and Figma.
    • Ensure that the graphics align with the style and tone of the games, demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Designs may be requested for our website, events, social media platforms, future games, and more.
  • Streamer
    • You will be required to conduct high-quality live streams for UGC.
    • Possess the necessary equipment to run games and stream simultaneously, including a computer with a powerful processor, graphics card, sufficient RAM, and a stable internet connection.
    • Optional: Have a high-quality microphone and webcam, and actively engage with viewers.
    • Proficiency in streaming software such as OBS, Streamlabs, and XSplit.
    • Ensure that the live streams are compatible with platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.
  • Position Rewards/Bonuses:
  • Counter-Strike 1.6
    1. Receive Lifetime SuperVIP status in all our CS 1.6 servers.
    2. Receive 10K ammo packs monthly (Zombie server).
  • Team Fortress 2
    1. Receive Lifetime VIP status in all our TF2 servers.
    2. Receive an additional unique in-game prefix: [Creator].
  • Gain access to our Discord server and website to promote videos from your channel related to UGC.

  • The content you provide must be original. Any instances of theft, plagiarism, or deception will lead to a demotion, being ineligible for staff positions, and a ban from our community.
