Now that the carts are gonna be removed I think it would be a good idea (if posible) to add a level 1 dispenser where the carts were so players are still able to heal up if health packs are unavailable.
Having the health from the carts is kind of important in my opinion and allows for an area for people to base around. If the dispenser/cart isn't there players will either have to go back to spawn or rotate to other health kits around the map which can be kind of annoying.
