CS 1.6 Resolved Locked & Archived because I get that I am banned from the server and on the page it says that I am not banned

Good afternoon, at this time a strange thing happened to me, I came from doing my homework and opening the PC to play on the server for a while. But for some reason they banned me, I went to the console to see the reason and it didn't tell me. and when I entered the ugc page and in bans, it shows that I am not banned.

I'm a little confused as to why that happens. and can you tell me a solution to this problem.
