CS 1.6 Locked & Archived CS 1.6 Asia In-game money

I don't know if this will be approved or not but I really enjoy playing cs with max money every round, so that we can buy rifles everytime, instead of just saving money and buy smg and pistols. It's the only Asia server in cs 1.6 that I can play with low. Currently I am switching servers between this and some servers based in Chicago that has that infinite money system. Is it possible to have that system or nah? Also, what happened to Asia Inferno?
