This is a quick suggestion with a goal and aim of improving discord server rules as well as suggesting making a separate discord suggestions channel. This is merely a suggestion to what I think and believe it could be slightly improved for a better clarification and for better user as well as staff benefits.
Discord Rules
Current discord rules are good in terms of providing a safe and welcoming environment for new players, the current rules have a good structure although I do find some points about them confusing such as the title itself and the reach they operate at as well as them being generally not updated and seemingly old.
Example: The title " General Chat Rules " had me confused in which chat it refers to.

General way of chatting on any of the channels? this would also contradict over different channels such as the "memes-spam" at which it suggests its overlapping the rule 1. in the general chat rules.
Another suggestion is to add up to the rules by for example, explaining additionally that using soundboard excessively as it could count as mic-spam (if it is not already under that), or adding up individual rules to other channels like "music-share" or "dedicated-art" this would help other users probably get to know how other channels could be used as I seen many users asking what could be sent in the art channel, or getting warned for spamming in memes-spam which is not directly showcased in the original rules post as by name channels like memes-spam would indicate you can spam memes there.
Addition of explanations and examples under rules could also be welcomed, and would be easier to understand for some users.
Opinion is definitely welcomed, I do think the rules are good but just could get some changes and updates here and there as it confused me many times too. It may seem picky but its just a suggestion
