Q) Can I have more than one account?
A) No, multiple accounts are not allowed. If we find that you have a second account, it will be deleted, and your main account may be banned as well.

Q) How do I link my Steam and/or Discord account with my forum profile?
A) To link your Steam and/or Discord account with your forum profile, follow these steps:
  1. On the top right corner of the forum page, click on your nickname.
  2. Select "Connected Accounts."
  3. If your Steam account is not linked, you will see a button saying "Associate your account." Click on it, and you will be redirected to a login page.
  4. Enter your details to complete the linking process.
Q) Why was my account deleted?
A) Accounts are usually deleted when it is discovered that a user has multiple accounts.

Q) My cousin/brother also plays on UGC and has a forum account. Will this be detected as multiple accounts?
A) In most cases, it will be detected as multiple accounts. If you have a sibling or relative playing from the same location, please inform us to avoid unfair bans.

Q) My account was banned. How can I request an unban?
A) If your account was banned by a staff member, it cannot be appealed. You will need to wait for the ban to expire unless it is permanent.

Q) I have been banned in-game, and my forum account is also banned. What should I do?
A) If both your in-game and forum accounts are banned, you can reach out to a staff member on our Discord server to discuss the issue and potentially resolve it.

Q) My forum account is banned, and I want to report a player. What should I do?
A) To report a player, you can use our Call Admin system, which is available in all of our game servers. Simply type "/calladmin" in the chat to initiate the reporting process.

Q) How do I change my nickname in the forum?
A) In order to change your nickname in the forum, you need to have a donator role.

Q) How can I obtain donator role?
A) To obtain donator status on the forum, you need to donate at least $5 through our donation campaign.

Q) I forgot my forum password. What should I do?
A) If you forgot your forum password, contact an administrator on Discord and explain the issue. We may need to verify your account ownership before assisting you.

General Questions:

Q) What should I do if an admin is being rude and abusing their power?
A) We take admin abuse seriously. If you encounter such behavior, please report it to us using this form.

Q) How can I reset my config file and in-game preferences?
A) To fully reset your in-game options, navigate to your /cstrike directory and delete the config.cfg file. Your preferences will be reset the next time you launch the game.

Q) I have been banned! What are my options?
A) Stay calm and carefully read the rules. If you believe the ban is unjustified, you can appeal it using our forum ban appeal form.

Q) Is it possible to reset my stats and ammo packs?
A) Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset your ammo packs or stats. If you wish to start fresh, you'll need to register a new nickname. Please note that each member is allowed to register up to four nicknames only.

Q) How do I register my in-game nickname?
A) To register your nickname for free, please visit this link.

Q) I received a "Nick is already registered, you'll need to identify: setinfo _pw 'password'" kick message. What does it mean?
A) This message indicates that the nickname you are using is already registered by someone else. If it is your nickname, you can recover the password.

Q) I received a "You have no entry to the server" kick message. What does it mean?
A) This message means that the nickname you are using is registered and has privileges (VIP, Super VIP, Admin) associated with it. If it is your nickname, you can recover the password.

Q) How do I identify my in-game registered nickname?
A) Launch the game, open the console, and enter "setinfo _pw 'Nick Password Here'." For more detailed information, you can refer to this guide

Q) How can I change my in-game registered nickname?
A) VIP members can request a one-time nickname change per month. To request a nickname change, send an email to [email protected]. The email must be sent from the email associated with the nickname to confirm your identity. Example: Nick: John / New nick: Ryt.

Q) The server is offline! Where can I report the problem?
A) If any of the servers are offline, please report the issue in our discord server.

Q) Where can I download a clean installation of Counter-Strike/Condition Zero?
A) We support Valve and encourage our players to use the STEAM version of the game. However, if you still prefer the non-steam version, you can use the following links to download Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: Condition Zero.

Q) I have admin privileges, and I received a ban telling me to "Visit UGC-Gaming.NET." What does that mean?
A) If you received a ban with that message, it is likely that you committed an offense or misused your permissions. To resolve this issue, please visit our forum and create a ban appeal.

Q) Can I transfer my ammo to my new nickname?
A) Ammo transfer requests are possible when you request a nickname change via email. Please mention that you want to move your ammo packs. If you forget to mention it, we will be unable to assist you later, as the data for the old nickname will be wiped from our system.

Q) Can I pay to get unbanned?
A) Yes, we accept donations for unbanning. You can donate using this link.

Q) Can my VIP/Super VIP or Admin status be removed?
A) If you wish to have your VIP, Super VIP or Admin status removed, send an email to [email protected] and specify the nickname for which you want the privileges removed.

Q) How long does it take to activate VIP, Super VIP, Admin privileges, and Ammo Packs?
A) It can take up to 24 hours for the privileges to be activated after the payment has been made.

Q) I ordered a service on your servers, but I haven't received it yet!
A) We strive to ensure that all purchases are delivered promptly. If you bought something and haven't received it after 24 hours, please fill out this form.

Q) I want to purchase VIP/Super VIP/ADMIN privileges. What are the features and differences?
A) All the features and differences between VIP, Super VIP, and ADMIN are listed here.

Q) Do you accept Steam items as payment?
A) No, we do not accept Steam items as payment for any kind of Counter-Strike 1.6 or Condition Zero privileges.

Donations:


Q) Do you sell admin privileges?
A) No, we do not sell admin privileges. Only staff members have admin permissions on the servers.

Q) Do you accept Steam items as donations?
A) Yes, we accept Steam items as donations. Send a trade link to Where with details on the trade

Q) Can I donate before my VIP time expires?
A) Yes, if you donate before your VIP time expires, the additional time will be correctly added to your existing VIP duration.

Q) I am banned. Can I donate to get unbanned?
A) Yes, we accept donations for unbanning. You can donate by clicking on this link.
Note: We only allow for a limited amount of paid unbans, typically only one

Q) The server is full, and I can't connect. What can I do?
A) If the server is full, only VIP players can join as they have a reserved slot. To use the reserved slot, open the in-game console and type "connect <serverip>". Example: connect 45.141.52.52
Sometimes it may take a few tries to open a slot, you can use the "retry" command after using "connect <serverip>" to help rejoining quickly.

Q) I ordered a service on your servers, but I haven't received it yet!
A) We always strive to ensure that our users receive what they purchase. If you bought something and haven't received it within 48 hours, please fill out this form.

Q) I was banned while having VIP. Why did I get banned?
A) In TF2, you may have been banned for abusing the permissions that you obtained as a VIP, despite being warned by an admin to stop. Please wait for your ban to expire, or appeal it here. You can check the ban duration here.

Q) I was banned while having VIP. Can I get a refund?
A) No, you were banned for abusing your VIP privileges. The responsibility for your actions lies solely with you, and not with the admin who banned you.
