TF2 Resolved Highertower servers are broken on x10 and x10 randomizer

The karts don't move and are upside down, the bots on red team get stuck in spawn and the bots on blu get stuck in a corner.

Carts are supposed to be like that to not have others do the cart glitch and lag out the entire server, i don't know why the bots are like that though
