Why should we pardon you?

Let's start with the blatancy of the "racist" gif i have posted.

The gif itself isn't displaying the full n word but is showing the first two letters of it, so there is no need to straight up ban me for racism. At least give me a verbal warning or a /warn. I believe it to not be blatant and allowed since I have seen CrazyShootin use the gif a couple times iirc. I would like staff to search for the following keyword:
thanos-banned
^this may be a faint memory I don't recognize for it to be in ugc so prove me wrong by searching through the discord.

I understand some memes containing the n word are allowed cause they are funny, but I believe mine was more of a shitpost for people to acknowledge and comment something funny on it to make the comment and the post connect creating a funny moment. So it did but I guess it was too blatant. I also understand that there is a rule that strictly says something like "discord mods decide what is blatant and what is not", but for this occasion as a former discord mod i realize the level of blatancy and figured it's worth a slap on the wrist.

Please rate this as fairly as possible and not relying on CrazyShootin's moral position as well as his Discord position. Note that this appeal is being created to possibly give him a notice, not a warning. I would also like to mention that my previous actions that I have been warned for have not been directed to insult the staff team or challenge anyone.​

There are no records in normal discord logs or audit log to verify anyone else saying that. And if they did, they would be banned just like you. Specially upset because you are former staff, and you should know better. We ban for that little bit in tf2, always have, including when you were staff. You should know better. If you can find some proof of a staff member using a gif like that and not getting in trouble I will happily take action, but between the fact this is a reasonable ban for what you did, knowing racism is both against the rules here and in tf2, where you were staff for both. Its not anything to do with a mod saying "Oo its too blatant or not" its simply against the rules in here and tf2, both of which you should know.
You are retired staff, you are supposed to be something people somewhat look up to and simply put, you guys are held to higher standards as you are old staff.
