Why should we pardon you?I believe the time-out was unfair, and unjustified based on what was talked about in chat and previously, as well as being issued without any prior context or knowledge of the whole situation.
I was talking and discussing how one of the staff application requirements were made, I did nothing extreme nor beyond the line and against the rules as it was merely a discussion, between me, members such as Bhisha, Esg and Eli which I was surprised to see on the staff team regardless of not seeing that person active on discord. So I was saying that the "Discord Activity" seems like its dependent per person-to-person and can be varied on staff decision rather than being a requirement but in which it seems to be merely a recommended or "preferred" in the staff application. This shortly explains and proves that it was not an argument, I was discussing it where I got timed out for no solid reason with no warning as the mute was done in such a way that I had no way of seeing any warnings as I asked other staff members that agreed on that, I can also provide screenshots or logs can be checked to see that prior to the time out there was no warning. The time-out was not only unfair but also untrue, this was not a discussion and not a "drama" I was just trying to find out whether you need to be active in general chat before becoming staff or not and how does this process looks like. I did not do anything harsh, bad or out of the line which I also promised in my last appeal regarding a different situation.
The main reason of this appeal is because it is unfair in all aspects, I did not meant to make it look like things are bad, nor make things look bad or even insult things the way they are done. I also had no chance to see the warning, as there is not any if you look up the chat after the time out was issued, at least on my part of the screen. I apologise for any inconvenience but I just did not think it was up to that point, with how everything was as some staff even joined the discussion and nothing was wrong until that very moment.
