Description:

I know this guy has been reported in the past and declined however i still feel like he might at the very least be toggling his cheats. He has multiple accounts too but doesnt give a good reason as to why he has them.
His hard flicking to the right cannot be seen in the video, however at around 18 seconds in he scopes directly at the wall and a sniper just so happens to be behind it. It is possible that he saw the sniper jump forward but given that he was trying to headshot a soldier i do not think he would be able to do more than just notice it.

More about his shooting; i noticed that he really likes to flick upwards, like a lot lot, pretty much everyshot. and in the video he also lines up very good on the snipers head.

At the very least i would consider looking into him more, as it seems those admins who handled his case before were his friends to some degree.​

I have taken a look at the proof provided, it is not enough to warrant a Ban off. I do not see anything warranting a Ban either. Feel free to make another report in the future with sufficient proof.
