From what I see, he didn't glitch "Hell". He used the drag ability to drag you and when you shot him he fell down the vent (29:48:50 time stamps) but never released the "v" or whether bind he is using to drag players.
He didn't bug map or some kind of it, to take advantage of it. It was a fair play.

This report is more like for revenge rather than an actual bug map type.
