I really don't understand what I did wrong here? What should i set my fix rate to and what should be the command to do it?​

Hi,

Bad rates can cause players to lag and therefore harder to hit.
If I'm not mistaken you are a steam player.
You can enter the following commands in console:

rate 100000
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101

Once you have set these rates, you will not be kicked or banned by an admin for having bad rates.
