Description

By accident i got into someone's staff app, and i saw that i can reply, i think that's only for Mod+.​

What is actually supposed to happen?

Staff apps should be locked (Mod+ only can reply for it) otherwise there will be spams.​

Steps to reproduce the bug?

Go to "Basha" CS Officer application then you will find this bug.​
