Hi, I'm the creator of the RTD plugin.
Sad to see it reverted to the older version, as I quite enjoyed seeing it in use on your severs. While I categorically disagree with the reasoning of the person who suggested the reversal, I see some unnamed issues with the plugin were also a cause. I would like to get to know them more and work on having the latest version of plugin back on UGC servers.
Recently, I released the 2.4.1 version which fixes a critical bug with PowerPlay when players swap classes in spawn. If, however, it is disagreements on perk rebalances, the issue #72 planned for the next release will allow use of legacy effects. I also want to mention that I've been getting reports of various other bugs with perks like Strip to Melee or Smite, but all of them can be attributed to server operators not having updated the default perk config alongside the plugin SMX, which caused some weird behavior all around.
Thanks for using the plugin in the first place! I'd welcome any feedback, as it will also help me prioritize things to work on.
