CS 1.6 Locked & Archived [Server Suggestion] Possible Casual Map Servers and West Coast Servers?

Hi admins!

Are there any plans for hosting new servers featuring more casual maps (e.g., rat maps)? Are there any plans for hosting new servers on the US West Coast? Only two servers are located in California, and they are czero only, with usually fewer players playing. The Chicago servers are nice but a bit lagging.
