Former comp tf2 player with experience in leading, owning and managing community servers in game. Admin of former MPD, Co-owner/Co-founder/Social owner of former TF2 community and trade server NGS, former mod for EGC. In total I have around 8 Years of experience when it comes to moderating, and over 9+ years of playing TF2 casually and competitively with 7k+ hours. I have 10 seasons of Competitive experience.
As far as what I will do to maintain and increase the quality of life of the TF2 Servers, I'll most likely answer this in the "Reason for applying?" Section.

Reason for applying?Hello. Although I am a relatively new member to the UGC, my appreciation for the community is immeasurable. Like many others, I use gaming as a way to relieve stress from a long day of work, where you're exhausted mentally and physically. This is a safe space and I'd love to keep it that way. Where everyone respects one another.
I do not enjoy bragging about myself often. Having a heart for people is crucial when it comes to dealing with any issue, be it in game or in life. From the moment you attempt to understand any given situation to getting what you believe is the appropriate response for said situation is critical. Your image is just as important, have respect for yourself and the people you interreact with. At the end of a day, this is a game, but a game we've all put hundreds of hours into. Treat it with respect. I'm a willing to be more lenient with certain rules that aren't super crucial if the people who are breaking the rules are willing to work together peacefully to resolve the issue at hand. There are certain rules I won't allow to be broken, obvious ones, examples like Racism or
pedophilia. Ones I have more leeway with are Spawn camping or Micspam. There are many variables in a moment that could effect the outcome. At the end of the day, we're on here to have a good time.
While I was reading the application process, it mentioned how it may take weeks or months, I doubt that, but if it is the case, in addition to that I read that discord is a requirement for communication, which I plan on doing regardless. Forum activity will increase if and once accepted as admin with approved responsibilities.
