I'm experienced mod (cs: source (6 months), minecraft (6 months), and tf2 jailbreak (4 months)). I'm programmer and have some cyber security skills, so I easily detect most of cheats. I have 1100 hrs in TF2 and carefully check the players, so I do mistakes very rarely. I'm have good PC, microphone and all required stuff. I'm know Source Engine well, I hope there enough characters now​

Reason for applying?

Make UGC a bit better, like clear trade servers from spawncampers and scammers, and other bad guys, mute some weird racists, rage kids, toxic players and other very bad players. Also I want to resolve disputes between the players, so everybody can peacefully play on the UGC servers. Also I need to communicate with players so I could understand them better (specificity of my real job).​
