Why should you be unbanned?:

"gag bypassing" isn't a rule, I read the TF2 rules provided in UGC discord, none of them said anything about gag bypassing being bannable.
Actually read this, this time. IF THERE ISN'T THAT RULE WRITTEN THAT I CAN'T BYPASS GAGS MEANS THERE ISN' A RULE THEREFORE THERE IS NO BASIS WHY I AM BANNED. "Logic" has nothing to do with written rules.​

"gag bypassing" isn't a rule

While what you're saying does hold some truth to it, its not enough to get you unbanned.
As stated at the beginning of the rules, a punishment is usually based on the medium of which its taking place or whats the lowest form of punishment (gag/mute or ban) required to reasonably resolve the situation.

A gag/mute would not suffice or resolve the situation of your rule breaking via the changing of names and a ban would be necessary. Refer to your previous appeal for the original reason of the ban and second chance procedures (re-appeal in 6-12 months having passed since the original punishment was issued or purchase an unban).
A more clearer wording is being looked into to avoid any possible confusion or arguments in the future, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
