I was making a joke to do with someone who just previously got permanently gagged for pedophilia, I now realise that this was stupid and in poor taste. What I said was "Shi I like kids", but then followed it up with, "Not in a sexual way though". I deeply regret this decision as I often frequent this server and communicating in chat is a big reason why I use it.

Hi,

I wouldn't fully go with an ungag right away, because, of course, you did regret it, but if I were to ungag you, then you won't learn anything.

What you did was stupid, and unthought-of. Wait 3-4 months before appealing again, and you might get a second chance.
