This is a very old trade server map, not sure who made it but I remember seeing it on numerous trade servers as early as 2012. Couldn't find it on the workshop and it seems to have disappeared off of gamebanana. Uploading here for ease of access.
Fairly simple plaza style trade map with a boxing ring, halloween boss spawn, old (broken) unusual room, and some enclosures near the middle to help prevent spawncamping.
