After me and another staff reviewed the demo, we came in conclusion that the reported user was not cheating. There was no clear sign of him cheating, no ping issues coming from both of you.
Plus, the clip was only around 2 minutes long. Clearly not enough to enact a ban on such short proofs.
In conclusion the player will not get banned.

Anyhow, please refrain from using harsh or inappropriate words like you did in the clip you sent. That is highly disrespectful, inappropriate and against the rules.
