Your reason for applying?

I had tried to apply earlier but failed to meet some of the requirements. So i've come back for a second shot at this position. My reason for applying, I'd like to grow closer with a community i've slowly come to love and enjoy being around. Chatting with people whether it be in a Idle server at 2am or just having some good old fun with the regulars in Trade #4. I'd like to help grow the community more, make it more friendly and open to new and old gamers alike.​

Your vision?

My personal vision is helping make a already thriving community stronger. Being a fast first response to issues on the forum or support tickets within the Discord server. I'd enjoy helping out as much as I can around wherever my skills may be helpful to say the least.​

My name Is Justin. I enjoy quite a lot in life, a few being music. gaming (of course), making friends and talking to people from all over the place, and doing my best to be as kind/respectful/helpful as I can be. I believe i would help make the community/servers better by being a fast response to any call-admin reports, especially during the late hours of the night, help teach new players how to play the game and grow closer with the rest of the community. I myself as a person, well I'm a straight forward Individual. No bullshit, straight to the point but also very understanding and respectful towards others. I appreciate you taking time to go through this and even if I don't get it, hope whoever reads this has a fantastic Year! ​

Pros:

• Good hours (~1,300).
• Outstanding in-game activity (185 hours/last 30 days).
• Great discord activity (~320 msg/last 30 days).
• Alright amount of in-game /Calladmin activity (11 reports/last 30 days, 30 total this year)

Neutrals/Cons:

• You have been caught abusing VIP privileges recently, this is not a good sign for becoming staff - Do not let it happen again. (Only verbal warnings/reminders by staff so far)
• You could've spent a little more time on your app (Elaborating on vision, reason, etc.).
• Little discord #Support activity (1 report/last 30 days, 1 total this year).
• Backpack situation but that was resolved between staff so it shouldn't be much of a problem anymore

For now I'll go with Neutral, if you work on the neutrals/cons listed (Filling more discord reports and not abusing VIP) it will change accordingly. Will update in a week or two.
