Reason for applying?

i love your servers on tf2 i play on them everyday for around 10 hours straight sometimes i see so much NSFW sprays or mic spamming or harassment and i feel bad when i have to make an admin post about everything every few mins i try to report what i can but sometimes theres just to much going on so i thought it would be good to have an admin that plays on your servers for most of the day i mostly paly on the 2fort no flags or fast respawns​

hi im kuda or kaizure and i play alot of tf2. i used to run my own tf2 server so i understand how some of the stuff work i also as i said earlier i do play on your servers a lot and i am friendly with some pre existing admins im irish and i dont really sleep well so i would be available 90% of the time im on the 2fort no flags servers mostly and sometimes the trading ones but if a report needs me to go anywhere else i will happily do so i just want people to have a fun time in tf2 and not have to see NSFW stuff or being harassed and i wanna try my best to make your servers as fun and as enjoyable to new players as posable​

If you have read the required post you should've seen that the required tf2 hours is 1000 and you have about 750.
Also you have recent bans as well.

Due to the following reasons.

1. You do not have the necessary hours on Team Fortress 2 to apply for this position.
2. Due to the our logs, you had a recent punishment not a while ago, precisely an NSFW Spray.
3. You haven't double checked the requirements and application when trying to apply for this position, which is a bit concerning for most of us.

You'll probably have a chance of being staff if you increase the activity inside the game, not breaking any guidelines, and meeting all of the requirements.

Hello @kuda54, Your appeal is pretty decent. 750 hours is a little low, however. But follow our rules, get closer to the 900-hour mark, and re-apply. Roughly 900 Hours can be taken into consideration depending on other factors. But if you want the best chance for next time. I'd suggest joining our discord and be active there, No more punishments like NSFW etc. And get those hours up.
