I am WDSY, i have experience administrating servers, i actually own a server on Garry's Mod, many people like me in my way to refer to players, i try to speak with them their problems, the time im not around on steam is when i go to university, i like to be direct to the point when i deal with cheaters or people trying to spam​

Reason for applying?

i just like the TF2 community, i want a good community which can help new players to get into TF2 and get the same good experience we had in the game too, i saw many players being disrespectful to new players in UGC servers, there was no admin on there, that why i want to become one and protect the new players who wants to experience the joy of playing TF2​

About pros:
- Have sufficient TF2 hours.

About neutrals:
- Have not joined our Discord server yet, which is required.

About cons:
- Poor reasoning and the app seems to be lack-luster in details.
- Very recent and poor SourceBan history, with one literally happened today.

Overall, this seems to be a very rushed app, without much thought and detail put into it. Combined with such a bad SourceBan list (especially in communication) made me think that you are not ready to join our staff team.

It's a no from me.
