i am a guy who likes tf2, and playing on neonheights minecraft servers. not avalible from 11 to 4. i am american. i was muted once by a strict admin (no warnings), and autogagged by mistyping someones name . i do have a soundboard which i won't use if i get accepted as an admin, and will still play the game without abusing admin.​

About pros:
- Required TF2 hours.

About neutrals:
- Not in our Discord server.

About cons:
- Very recent ban/comms history.
- Very poor/contradicting reasoning.
- Lackluster application.

Overall, it seems that you made this app just to try to get a position on our team for personal uses, since nearly none of your explanations above have anything related to the actual staff application, nor do you focus on the things that would help you or others if you ever get chosen to become one.

In addition, the recent ban (VIP Abuse) and gag/mutes (Micspam) are all justified, as the admins/mods in question all have proofs provided. Therefore it can not be brought up as a contradiction from your application.

It's a straight no from me.

Hello,

You have the required hours, but thats about it to be blunt, you have recent bans/mutes with valid reasons for them. Including the application you made seeming to be made for personal gain rather than a dedication to UGC and keeping the servers clean and fun to play on. To add, you instantly commented on an Admin profile when they stated their opinion on your application and mute you, I am a definite NO. Do not harass staff members, It is not our fault that you do not see a warning posted and or choose to ignore it and the server rules.

Due to very poor reasoning, and an overall application that is way too short I will go with a NO.
I believe that you could've spent more time on your application as there is nothing worth being based upon, there is too little reasoning. As such I believe that you are not fitted as of now to become a staff member, considering your sourceban record.
