I am known in the community as Yuri. I am very keen as a player and especially curious when it comes to how things work. I really enjoy helping people out, and I will always fight for what's right. I am always honest, impartial, and unbiased when it comes to my actions, and I don't hold grudges without a good reason. My self control is pretty good and I am always adapting to improve myself. I am and will continue to be excessively active in the community.​

Reason for applying?

Ever since [SB] disbanded and Shade got his final ban, I began to see admins and their work in a new light. I made friends with some of the admins I've fought with in the past over potentially unfair actions, as I always disliked how I was fighting against someone when I haven't walked a mile in their shoes. I've been talking with a few admins about what it means to be an admin, and how things are done in the team. I've decided to give the application a shot as per my newfound inspiration to help the understaffed team. My goals are to take some of the load off the other members in any way I can, and to ensure the safety of the servers and their members. This application is serving a dual purpose as well: I would like to reach out to any team member who may have had beef with me in order to make things right, as well as to view my current standing with everyone in hopes to improve them in the future.

It's clear you've had a handful of rule infractions, which naturally isn't helping your case.
However, UGC is a community that believes in second chances, so if you're truly committed to change, which thus far I've seen to be the case, you could have a very real shot at being a great staff member. It's clear you have a significant passion and interest not only in the game but in this community; I'd love to see it used in a positive way.

However, it's still quite recent since your recent disputes with staff, so I'm sure you'll be understanding that it may take some time to determine if you are truly fit for an administrative position.

I wish you the best of luck and really hope to see you continue on the more recent path you've been on. Your apologies to particular staff members shows maturity and remorse for previous actions; of which is looked highly upon.

Regarding the other metrics for any staff applicant, your in-game activity is very good, and through your compilation of the actions regarding the previous issues, it's clear you have a mindset of non-bias even when it's prevalent to yourself.

Where said it plenty well enough. I'm sure you understand this will be sitting for a im sure while, while youre doing exceptionally better now that shade is no longer influencing the servers, your history of course is troubling and extensive. Usually we would deny off that, but as you have been exceptionally helpful as of late, we can let it sit, keep being proactive in servers, staying on good behavior and the history can surely be overlooked.

I am happy to see you take this step into Applying, I thank you for it and you spending time writing an very good App.
I have seen all the hard work you put down throughout your time in UGC and how much you still are now into keeping UGC an safe and fun engaging Community.

But as Where noted in his reply, there are still some past recent disputes which will make this take time inti determining if you are ready for an position such as a TF2 Admin.
But I believe that will be no problem for you, your passion and dedication into helping UGC as an Community will not go un-noticed.

You got amazing In-Game Acitivity, makes frequent Calladmins/Support Tickets. Interacts well and help others In-Game.

Greatness is a lot of small things done well. you are showing improvement to how you previously were and given that things were rather difficult to deal with its better then it was. Still progress needs to be shown but i think the part of you that wants to help the community is there. Given time I'm sure you could be a great staff member if you can show these qualities of improvement . Until the situation is overseen rightly i will be keen on keeping my eye out . Good Luck.
